01About these terms

These terms apply when you use our website or enrol in Covalyn IELTS classes, operated by Covalyn Systems, Delhi, India. By enrolling, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

02What we provide

• Live online IELTS classes on Zoom: 4 classes a week, 3 hours each, with two modules taught per class
• Class recordings, study materials and practice tests
• Feedback on writing submitted within your plan
• An online level assessment after you enrol, reviewed by your teacher

Class days, times and teachers may change occasionally. If a class is cancelled by us, we will offer a make-up session or a recording plus live Q&A.

03Independent service, no affiliation

IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP IELTS and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Covalyn IELTS is an independent preparation service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the IELTS test owners, and we do not book or run official IELTS tests.

04Enrolment and cohorts

You enrol and pay online. You then complete a short onboarding form and an online level assessment, which is used to place you and plan your classes. It is not an entry test. Classes run in cohorts organised by country and timezone, and each cohort has its own schedule, currency and fees.

• You will be placed in the cohort for the country where you live
• When you enrol online, you confirm the country you live in. Please give accurate information
• If you enrol in a cohort for a country you don’t live in, we may move you to the correct cohort and charge or refund the difference in fees
• If you move country, tell us. We will move you to the appropriate cohort from your next billing month

05Fees and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, per module or for the full program (all four modules)
• Your fee and currency are the ones shown on the page for your country when you enrol
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each month you’ll receive a payment link to continue
• Your place continues each month you pay. If you don’t pay for the next month, your enrolment ends at the end of the current month
• If a payment fails, access to classes may be paused until it is resolved
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change for existing students
• Founding cohort: students who enrol and pay by 4 October 2026 keep the monthly fee they enrolled at for their first 3 months, as long as they stay enrolled without a break. They also get one extra full mock test with a band report in their first month, and first choice of class slot, subject to availability.
• Taxes (such as GST/HST) are added or included as required in your region

06Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

07No score guarantee

Your result depends on your effort, attendance, practice and performance on test day. Band estimates we give you are teaching guidance, not official scores.

08Not immigration advice

Our teachers help you prepare for IELTS. Nothing in our classes, materials or website, including the IELTS-to-CLB converter, is immigration or legal advice. For immigration advice, consult a licensed professional. If you ask, we can refer you to Covalyn Migration, which is a separate service.

09Class conduct

• Be respectful to teachers and other students
• Class links are for enrolled students only. Do not share them
• Do not record, share or publish classes or other students’ contributions

We may remove a student from a class, or end their enrolment, for serious or repeated breaches.

10Materials and content

Our class materials, recordings, question banks and feedback templates belong to Covalyn IELTS or our licensors. They are for your personal study only. You may not copy, resell or distribute them. You keep ownership of the essays and work you submit, and you allow us to use them to give you feedback. We may also use them, anonymised, to improve our teaching.

11Liability

We provide our classes with reasonable skill and care. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as internet or platform outages, or decisions made by test centres, institutions or governments.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute. If there is a problem, please contact us first. Most issues can be resolved with a conversation.

13Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects current students, we will notify you before it applies. Contact: ielts@covalynsystems.com.
